Pastor Scott said Sunday that he would like us all to be fruitcakes. I am in! He said, “I mean that you would be so densely packed with fruit, squished together, that no matter what bite the world takes out of you, there will be fruit in that bite.” For each of us, there can be days of being a fantastic fruitcake, and there can be days when the world bites a fruitcake failure. Our actions and words show where our hearts are, how full the Spirit has packed our fruit. There’s always room for more. Dear Lord, make me a packed fruitcake through and through, so I cannot fail You or Your children. Amen! ~Tracy
