About FiveTwo
Earlier this year, we asked Bill Woolsey and his team at FiveTwo to help us at Shepherd better identify and interact with the opportunities God has placed before us. We are diligently working to develop a five year vision that honors what we love about Shepherd while using what God has given us to bring more people to Jesus.
FiveTwo is a ministry consulting firm specializing in strategic growth for churches across the country. They have developed a highly successful process to help churches reach more people. Strategic Growth Process began in May with Clarify Our Calling (COC) Workshop
Since then:
- Received 38 vision statements from Leaders at COC Workshop.
- Received 178 survey responses from the congregation
- Survey Results were presented to SOTD’s Steering Team
- The Steering Team is working diligently to finetune Survey results to be presented to the congregation, building a strategic plan for the future to be presented to leadership at the Strategy Workshop mentioned below.

- Activate Workshop – January 9th & 10th with new and existing leaders
