We’re excited to celebrate a significant milestone in your child’s faith journey: receiving their very first reading Bible! This year, we invite Shepherd Kids in third grade and above to come forward during our service at Mountain View to have their Bibles blessed in front of the congregation. This special moment supports the faith development of our children and plants seeds for a flourishing spiritual life.
Please have your child bring their own Bible. Ideally, this will be their personal Bible to use during Shepherd Kids’ children’s church. We also encourage you to highlight one of your favorite Bible verses inside their Bible to inspire them!
