FRI October 3, 4-8pm and SAT October 4, 9am-3pm (Mountain View campus)

On the evening of October 3rd, the congregation will be presented with the values and vision the Steering Team has been hard at work crafting from the survey results taken earlier this year. That evening, the board, staff and congregation will have the opportunity to ask questions, clarify and make suggestions to the vision. The next day will be a working day to develop the strategy for achieving the vision. The main goal is to create ownership and support for the vision, values, and customer profile the steering team created. The other main goal is to craft three-year goals, one-year goals, and 90-day goals that will bring the five-year vision to life. We hope you join us at this pivotal event!
