Our Mission
Leading people to follow Jesus
Our congregation accepts and teaches the Bible as the inspired Word of God. We are called Lutheran because we accept the teaching of Martin Luther that inspired the reformation of the Christian Church in the 16th century. The teaching of Luther and the reformers can be summarized in three short phrases:
We invite to Holy Communion all who receive Jesus as their personal Savior, are baptized, have been instructed in the meaning of Holy Communion and agree with these teachings. Red wine as well as white grape juice is offered to best serve all who wish to partake of Holy Communion.
As we eat and drink we remember our Lord’s suffering, death, resurrection, ascension, and the promise of His coming again.
