August 2, 2026 | If Jesus were to send a message to “the church in Scottsdale,” what would He say? What about a message specifically to Shepherd of the Desert? What words of commendation might He use? What complaints might He have for us? What words of correction might He share with us? In the book of Revelation, Jesus has such messages for seven different churches which were located in Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey) in the 1st century AD. This Sunday at our Mountain View campus Pastor Alan will walk us through the message to one of those churches, challenging us to consider its import for our faith community.
